Talk to the architects who would do the work.

A senior member of the team reads every message directly. There is no sales team to route it through and no CRM ticket number: the enquiry goes straight to the person who would run the project, whether that is Azure architecture, Power BI and Fabric, AI use-case discovery, or Azure and AI together. Tell us where the platform stands today and what you need out of it, and the reply names the first piece of work that fits, not a generic acknowledgement.
