He won Microsoft's Solution Architect Award and carries 20 Microsoft certifications across Azure architecture, security, AI, and Power Platform, including AZ-305 and AZ-500. He created Bechtle's Power Platform practice from nothing, led an M365 migration for a 2,000-person organisation, and automated business processes that cut cycle time by more than 70%. He carries the EMEA Advanced Cloud Expert designation for business continuity and disaster recovery, and SC2 and SÜ2 security clearance for defense, energy, and public-sector work that requires it.
