We identify what is really happening, separate symptoms from root causes, clarify the decisions that need to be made, reset governance, coordinate recovery actions and stabilise the operating environment. Start with the Executive Crisis Diagnostic: a fixed-fee assessment at €5,000. The full fee is credited against the first Technology Crisis Management engagement invoice if you proceed within eight weeks of the readout.
