Who it's for

  • Stalled or failing transformation programmes: cloud, ERP, data-platform or security initiatives that have exceeded budget, lost momentum or no longer have stakeholder confidence.
  • Operational instability: recurring incidents, SLA failure, fragile infrastructure, weak monitoring or unclear service accountability.
  • Security exposure or control failure: identity compromise, weak privileged access, audit findings, ransomware exposure or incident-response processes that do not work in practice.
  • Vendor and supplier failure: suppliers are active but outcomes are unclear; reporting is optimistic and internal leadership no longer has a reliable view of delivery reality.
  • Technology leadership gaps: the organisation lacks CTO, CIO or CISO-level ownership during a critical period, but urgent decisions still require senior technology judgement.
  • Post-M&A technology complexity: duplicated systems, fragmented identity, conflicting vendors and unresolved integration priorities.
  • AI or Copilot adoption that has moved ahead of data governance, permission control, security boundaries or responsible AI processes.

Scope and format

We identify what is really happening, separate symptoms from root causes, clarify the decisions that need to be made, reset governance, coordinate recovery actions and stabilise the operating environment. The objective is not more activity. The objective is truth, control, stability and durable recovery.

The Pavicore Control Method

  1. 1Expose. Establish the reality of the situation through current-state assessment, executive interviews, technical discovery, architecture review, security and identity review, vendor analysis, delivery review, risk mapping and operational analysis.
  2. 2Structure. Turn the crisis into a decision-ready model that clarifies what must be stopped, stabilised, recovered, redesigned or escalated.
  3. 3Control. Create the governance structure required to regain control: ownership, decision rights, escalation routes, reporting cadence and supplier control.
  4. 4Execute. Coordinate and drive recovery work across technical remediation, vendor reset, architecture correction and operational process repair.
  5. 5Stabilise. Validate that the environment, service or programme is no longer in uncontrolled failure: monitoring, runbooks, support ownership and incident handling.
  6. 6Transfer. Leave the organisation with durable control, not dependency: governance handover, documentation, ownership transfer and continuous-improvement recommendations.

What you get

Executive Crisis Diagnostic

A rapid executive-level assessment of the current state, root causes, critical risks, missing decisions and immediate control actions. Fixed fee: €5,000, credited against the first engagement invoice if you proceed within eight weeks.

Programme Recovery

For transformation programmes that have stalled, drifted, exceeded budget or lost stakeholder trust. We review governance, architecture, delivery realism, vendor performance, reporting and decision flow, then define a controlled recovery model. This is the same method that brought a stalled national-airline cloud migration back under control and rebuilt it onto an SRE operating model holding a 99.95% SLA.

Technology Stabilisation

For unstable infrastructure, recurring incidents, weak support ownership or deteriorating operational performance. We assess the operating environment, identify failure patterns, clarify ownership and define a practical stabilisation plan, built on the business impact analysis and IT service continuity work your organisation needs once the immediate incident is over.

Security Control Recovery

For urgent cyber-risk exposure, identity weakness, audit failure or incident-response gaps. We assess across Defender, Sentinel, Entra and Purview: identity, access, logging, endpoint security, data protection and incident response.

Vendor and Supplier Reset

For situations where suppliers are delivering activity but not outcomes. We clarify accountability, reset work packages, improve reporting, define escalation routes and restore delivery control.

Leadership Gap Stabilisation

For organisations without effective CTO, CIO or CISO-level ownership during a critical period. We provide interim technology leadership, decision structure, executive reporting, vendor control and recovery direction.

Pricing

Scoped per engagement. The scope, team size and duration are defined during a short discovery conversation before any work begins. We work across single-service stabilisations and multi-phase recovery programmes.

Start with the Executive Crisis Diagnostic: a fixed-fee assessment at €5,000. The full fee is credited against the first Technology Crisis Management engagement invoice if you proceed within eight weeks of the readout.

Where your data sits

We work inside your environment. Nothing is extracted to external systems. A signed NDA and data processing agreement are in place before any discovery work begins. For DACH clients, work stays within the Germany West Central Azure region where cloud infrastructure is in scope. Access is revoked on completion or at any point on request.

Governance & compliance

  • All work governed by a signed NDA and data processing agreement before start.
  • Access scoped to the engagement and revoked on completion.
  • Findings documented to the standard your auditor, board or regulator expects.
  • Vendor-neutral: we hold no reseller relationship with any supplier active in your environment.

Common questions

How quickly can you start?

Typically within one week of first contact. The Executive Crisis Diagnostic can begin as soon as access and an NDA are in place.

Do you work on-site?

Remote-first. On-site working sessions are available across DACH and Benelux throughout the engagement.

What does the Executive Crisis Diagnostic cover?

A rapid executive-level assessment of the current state, root causes, critical risks, missing decisions and immediate control actions. Delivered as a written report and a readout session. Fixed fee: €5,000, credited against the first engagement invoice if you proceed within eight weeks.

Do you work alongside our existing suppliers?

Yes. We are vendor-neutral and work with your existing teams and suppliers. Where a supplier relationship is part of the problem, we assess it independently and report what we find.

What if the problem involves organisational or political factors, not just technical ones?

Most crises do. We surface root causes wherever they sit. How the organisation acts on them is a leadership decision; we give you the evidence and a clear options paper.

Who leads a crisis engagement?

Igor Pavicevic (CEO) or Saša Pavicevic (CAIO) leads directly, depending on where the crisis sits: cloud, infrastructure and vendor-facing crises route to Igor, AI, Copilot and automation-adoption crises route to Saša.

How does the pace of a crisis engagement compare to a normal build?

There is no scoping phase to sit through. Reporting cadence and escalation routes are set in the first week, as part of the Control step, and progress is tracked against the recovery model from the diagnostic rather than a multi-month project plan.

Does the Executive Crisis Diagnostic decide the full scope of the engagement?

It sets the starting brief. The diagnostic's root causes, risks and immediate control actions become the basis for the recovery model; the discovery conversation before work begins then confirms team size, duration and priority order.

What if we are not sure yet whether this is a crisis or just a rough patch?

That uncertainty is itself the signal to start with the Executive Crisis Diagnostic. It tells you, in writing, whether what you are looking at needs crisis-level intervention or a narrower fix, before you commit to either.

Can this run alongside an active vendor contract dispute or legal process?

Yes, and it often does. We work independently of any dispute and do not represent either side in it; our findings are technical and operational, not legal advice, and your counsel stays in the lead on the dispute itself.

Do you replace our existing CTO, CIO, or CISO during the engagement?

Not by default. We provide interim leadership capacity and decision structure where that gap exists. Where a permanent role is being filled in parallel, we hand over cleanly to whoever takes the seat, with the governance model already in place for them to inherit.

What size of organisation is this built for?

DACH and Benelux enterprises running technology programmes, infrastructure, or vendor relationships complex enough that a crisis in one area has cross-functional consequences. A single-app outage at a small business is a different kind of problem.

How do you report progress once the engagement is underway?

Reporting cadence and escalation routes are set in the first week, as part of the Control step, and tailored to what your board or leadership team actually needs to see, not a generic weekly status template.
